(TB) 'Master Plan' 1995, Keppel'Master Plan' (Keith Keppel, R. 1994). Seedling 88-61A. TB, height 35" (89 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards purplish rose (M&P 54-FG-8 to 55-H-8), slight cream infusion at base; style arms blended buff red (6-H-2); falls purplish rose (55-H-9) 1/2" border, cream to ivory ground; beards brownish brick (5-B-12), fire red (1-F-12) in throat; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance. Seedling 82-11K: (('Rancho Rose' x (seedling 71-12C, 'Flamenco' sibling, x (seedling 68-17B, 'Roundup' sibling, x 'April Melody'))) x 'Gigolo') X seedling 85-65A: ('Ever After' x 'Lorilee'). Keppel 1995. Honorable Mention 1997.
